Medhasoft, Education Department of Bihar invites online applications for Bihar Scholarship 2026 from Matric (10th), Inter (12th), and Graduation Pass candidates for the Protsahan Yojana year 2026. All eligible candidates can apply online through the Medha Soft official website (medhasoft.bihar.gov.in) from 25th May 2026 onwards for various schemes including Mukhyamantri Balak/Balika, Kanya Utthan, and Medhavriti Yojanas.

🧑🎓 Medhasoft Bihar Scholarship 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Mukhyamantri Balak/ Balika (10th Passed) Protsahan Yojana 2026: Candidates who have passed matriculation examination from Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) in the Year 2026 only.
- Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana (Intermediate +2) Protsahan Yojana 2026: Candidates who have passed the intermediate examination from BSEB in the Year 2026 only.
- Mukhyamantri Medhavriti Yojana 2026: Only SC and ST girl students who have passed intermediate examination from BSEB in Year 2026 with 1st and 2nd class.
- Mukhyamantri Balika (Snatak) Protsahan Yojana: Candidates who passed Graduation/ Graduation equivalent from affiliated or recognized degree colleges/technical institutions situated within the state.

📝 How To Apply Online & Important Guidelines
- A portal has been created by NIC to transfer the online incentive amount to the eligible beneficiaries directly to their accounts.
- To login on the Medhasoft portal, students will need their Date of Birth (DOB) along with the Registration Number of the respective examination.
- Important Note: Keep in mind that the bank account should be seeded with Aadhaar and the eligible student should have a bank account in his/her name and this account should be operated in any branch of Nationalized Bank, Recognized Private Bank, or India Post Payment Bank located in Bihar.
- Efforts should be made to enter information through personal or domestic mobile/laptop/computer to avoid errors.
