Government of Bihar, Education Department invites online applications for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) scheme for BC & EBC category and SC & ST category Students for the academic year 2026-27. All candidates can apply online through the Official PMS Online portal pmsonline.bihar.gov.in or scstpmsonline.bihar.gov.in from 15th July 2026 onwards for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme 2026.

✅ Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 2026-27
- ✅ Applicants must be a permanent resident of Bihar state.
- ✅ The caste of the applicant should be under Backward Class (BC) / Extremely Backward Class (EBC) / Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST).
- ✅ BC & EBC or SC & ST students whose annual income of parent/guardian including own income does not exceed Rs.3,00,000/- only, will be eligible for scholarship under this scheme.
- ✅ The applicant should be studying in post-admission courses in government institutions / recognized non-government institutions located within the state.

- ✅ Residential Certificate of Bihar
- ✅ Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of Govt. of Bihar
- ✅ Income Certificate (2026-27)
- ✅ Disability Certificate (If Applicable)
- ✅ Fee Receipt from Institution
- ✅ Bonafide Certificate (As Applicable)
- ✅ Final examination passed certificate (such as Intermediate certificate in case of first year and Graduation first certificate etc./ marksheet in case of second year of graduation).

- ✅ Verify all details carefully before submitting.
- ✅ Click on Final Submit button.
