PMS Online Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2025–26

Government of Bihar invites online applications for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) scheme for BC / EBC and SC / ST category students for the academic year 2025–26. Eligible male and female candidates can apply online from 15 September 2025 to 15 November 2025 (Extended).
Interested candidates are advised to read the full notification carefully before applying.

Application Fee
✔ There is No Application Fee for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship Scheme 2025–26.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Bihar.
- Applicant must belong to BC / EBC / SC / ST category.
- Annual income of parents/guardian should not exceed ₹3,00,000/-.
- Applicant must be studying in post-matric courses in government or recognized institutions within Bihar.

- Caste Certificate (Govt. of Bihar)
- Income Certificate (2025–26)
- Disability Certificate (If Applicable)
- Fee Receipt from Institution
- Bonafide Certificate (If Applicable)
- Last Passed Examination Certificate / Marksheet
